What’s the auto-renewal policy?
your billing date each month. You’ll receive a reminder email before each renewal. Cancel or downgrade
anytime with 30 days’ written notice, with no penalties beyond the notice period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Is the setup fee really waived?
during our launch period. We reserve the right to reinstate it with notice, but if you sign up while

What if I’m on Storable or StoragePug?
implementation: we log in and make the changes ourselves. For Storable, SiteLink, StoragePug, or any
other platform, we deliver all edits as ready-to-publish assets plus a step-by-step guide. Every other
part of our service (GBP, content, citations, link building) is platform-agnostic.
